Five out of five for customer service however the product itself did not work for me I was so sad I was really excited to get it and use it on my hair but it did not make a difference for that I give it a one but the customer service was definitely a five. I didn’t even contact them I just made a comment on Facebook and they reached out to me and I told them my experience and they refunded me everything I didn’t asked for it but I will continue to use the product and hopefully it will make some sort of difference. I would always recommend something because it can work for somebody else

Bold Uniq is the best purple conditioner I’ve used. I have natural silver/gray hair. My color is visibly better, not brassy anymore. My hair also seems thicker, less scalp showing at my part! The conditioner is not heavy like other conditioners I’ve used. Next I’ll try the shampoo and the mask. I love it, worth the price.

I ordered this when Covid first came on the scene and I decided to let my gray become visible. At first I was scared because of the purple but since then I use it regularly, get tons of compliments and have sent and have referred some of my guests. Truly a good product..
