Bold Points is our loyalty program designed to reward you for taking your haircare journey with us!
Through the program, you will be eligible to earn Points whenever you engage with Bold Uniq, such as making a purchase, referrals, reviews, and sharing your love for us on social media.
How do I earn Bold Points?
You can earn points via the following activities:
Sign Up: New customers who sign up for the program will get started with 210 Points!
Purchases: All qualifying purchases earn points for every dollar spent. (1)
Birthday Points: Celebrate your birthday with an additional 50 Points! (2)
Refer-a-Friend: You and your friend will both receive a $10 coupon for your purchase, once your friend completes their purchase. You can refer as many friends as you like!
Social Sharing: Follow us on Instagram, or like us on Facebook for 50 points. (3)
Who is eligible for Bold Points?
Everyone! Just sign up for an account HERE and start earning points! Please note that one account is allowed per customer.
How do I redeem Bold Points?
Click the Rewards button on the lower left-hand corner of any Bold Uniq page to be taken to your Bold Points homepage (please remember to login!).
There, you can choose to redeem your points for coupons (in denominations of $5, $10, or $20) valid towards a future Bold Uniq purchase. (4) Bold Points cannot be used on kits or bundles.
Redeem 500 points for a $5 coupon, 1000 points for a $10 coupon, and 2000 points for a $20 coupon.
Do my Bold Points ever expire?
Yes. Bold Points are eligible for redemption up to twelve (12) months from the date they are originally earned. Please make sure you spend Points within the twelve (12) month validity period to retain your balance.
How do I check how many points I have?
Click on the Rewards tab on the lower left-hand corner of any Bold Uniq page and select the Home tab to see how many points you have accumulated.
I just placed an order / signed up / engaged on social media but I don't see Bold Points added to my account.
Not to worry! Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply points to your account. If you don’t see the points in your account after 24 hours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and we’ll take care of it for you!
What happens if my order is returned or canceled?
Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your Bold Points account balance.
Why did my balance go down?
If you or one of your referrals recently canceled a purchase or made a return, this could affect your account balance.
How do I leave the Bold Points program?
We’re sorry to see you go! If you would like to leave the Bold Points program, please email us at email@example.com and we will deactivate your account. Please note that deactivating your account will cause you to lose any accrued points. You may re-enroll in the program at any time, however, your points balance will reset to zero.
(1) Taxes and shipping charges are not eligible toward earning points.
(2) Customers must enter date of birth at least one (1) month prior to the first day of birth month to be rewarded.
(3) Please note that points are only earned for the first follow, like or share on each platform. To have the share, follow or like applied to your account, please go to the Rewards tab at the bottom right hand corner of the screen and access your social accounts through the Earn Points tab. Social shares, follows, or likes do not apply if completed directly through your social media account.
(4) Coupon code values limited to defined denominations. Limit of one coupon code redemption per purchase. A $20 coupon can only be used with a minimum purchase of $50. Bold Points are non-transferable, have no cash value (unless required by law) and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. Bold Uniq is not responsible for lost or stolen Points.
